26 June -Mixed Dinner with Spouses- dress is smart casual for non-members: 17:00 doors open for 18:30 hrs start
On Thursday June 26th, the VCB will be holding its annual Mixed Dinner Meeting (ie. spouses are invited to attend or a guest/ caregiver). As per previous years, the dinner will be held at the Barrie Legion and dress for the dinner will be optional (Blazer or business casual). Two additional items:
1. There will be a photographer for those who wish to have a formal picture taken; and,
2. We will also be holding a Silent Auction and ask that members consider donating items for this. Questions regarding the auction and items can be directed to Randy Rice at ricerandolph@gmail.com.
Please take note: This dinner meeting will be paid for by the Legion's Poppy Fund and thus, the meal will be provided to you and your spouse/partner/guest at no charge.
In view of this, and in order to plan food requirements, we need a FIRM acknowledgement of those who WILL be attending. If you WILL be attending, please confirm with VCB Secretary Ellen Stahls via an email (ellenstahls@gmail.com) or via phone (705-735-2780) NO LATER THAN JUNE 20th . Draw tickets will also be on sale!
