VCB Member and Guest Speaker Bruce Walter providing a very interesting and enlighting talk on the Victoria Cross, its history, and some of its recipients as commemorated over the years through issued stamps around the world.
Many interesting facts about the Victoria Cross were presented to a very attentive audience who very much enjoyed the presentation with lots of questions.
